Nicholas Moraitis - Chairman & Executive Director
The man with the vision for Moraitis began by delivering 75kg bags of potatoes to various shops throughout Sydney many years ago. With no forklifts to unload his truck, deliveries were done by hand, the task was arduous, but he never lost the burning vision and passion to achieve his current business empire. Today, Nicholas takes an active business interest in all divisions of the company. He has a unique customer and grower base, reflected through his genuine commitment to assisting people in the supply chain to achieve outstanding success.

Stephen Moraitis - Director
Stephen’s involvement in the business started while at school when he worked with his father part-time after school and during school holidays. It didn’t take Stephen long to decide that he wanted to follow in his fathers footsteps, and join the family business, which he did in 1979. Stephen has progressed through all facets of the company since then and is now a director, managing the company’s Sydney Markets wholesale operations. He plays a leading role in liaising with major retail buyers and growers.

Paul Moraitis - Director
Paul made the important decision to join the family business in 1982. His appointment to a production and administration management role was followed by sales and marketing in 1986. He demonstrated his ability to progressively take a key role in the overall management of the business. Today he oversees the packaging side of the business on a national basis as well as coordinating daily supplies from growers.

Jeff Jackson - Chief Executive Officer
Having over 27 years of global fruit & vegetable experience. Jeff Jackson is an integral part of the company. Prior to Moraitis Jeff was the Managing Director of Chiquita-Unifrutti, managing the Asia, Pacific and Middle East regions with operations in 14 countries. Jeff’s career also includes being the Vice President of Operations for America's largest cut veg company (Fresh Express), President of America's leading fruit & veg wholesaler and as a California Barrister. Jeff joined Moraitis as C.O.O. in March 2007 with the objectives of driving profitable business expansion and implementing process, governance, a high performance organization and a strategic plan. Jeff’s extensive knowledge and worldly experience is a great asset to the Moraitis Company.
