While standing ensure that you have proper footwear to prevent heel fatigue.

Armrest Alignment

Your arms should always be supported either on the table on an armrest. Placing the keyboard right in front of you helps rest your arms on the table comfortably.

Document Positioning

When copywriting or typing by looking at a document you can create unnecessary strain by looking back and forth, so ideally place the document on a stand between the monitor and keyboard.
