This variety is the future in washed potatoes. They have a yellow flesh and creamy yellow skin, another great all round potato. Not only is it great to eat with its rich creamy taste but it also has great shelf life. It does not discolour under lights and the skins resist marking. They have fine shallow eyes which make them easy to peel. Performs very well in all cooking applications
