Jap/Kent Pumpkins

A very popular variety, Jap/Kent pumpkins have ribbed green skin which is covered with yellow flecks. Their flesh is orange and most of all is sweet.

Ideal for: Roasting, Boiling or steaming. Try adding this pumpkin to your next stir fry.

Nutrition:

Fat free and have low levels of starch.

Store: In a cool dark and well ventilated area. However if the pumpkin is cut, wrap in plastic and store in fridge.
