Cherries

Cherries are one of summer’s most delicious treats. They boast a fabulous flavour and have a sweet juicy flesh. Remove cherries from the fridge 30 minutes prior to eating as they are best served at room temperature.

Ideal for: Desserts, cakes, jams, chutneys or simply eaten on their own

Nutrition:

Research suggests that because of their antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, cherries can help relieve muscle pain after exercise. Also contains vitamin C.
